Free Money for Gatewood!
Thanks
to everyone who is clipping and handing in boxtops and labels! Here are the
guidelines for each program for the 2007-2008 school year.
Clip
and turn in your prepared food labels. The following labels may be turned
in to benefit Gatewood: Campbell’s Soup labels, General Mills Box Tops
for Education, Franco-American labels (gravies, spaghetti-O’s), Pepperidge Farm
Soup labels and UPC codes (other Pepperidge Farm products), Swanson labels, V8
juices/smoothies lids, Prego lids, Pace (sauces) and Foster Farm labels.
The Boxtops for
Education Program
- Only
the boxtop coupon is required - it is even marked where to cut it out.
- The
UPC for the boxtop is NOT required.
- Most
of the current boxtops have expiration dates on them. Please be sure to check
the dates prior to turning them in. That
would be a huge help.
The Campbell’s Labels for Education Program - Simplified
Requirements
Now,
only the UPC code and the Campbell’s
logo right next to it is required. BOTH
the UPC and the Campbell’s
logo together are required, not just one or the other.
V8
Splash beverages are a qualified product and the LID from the bottle is the
required submission for those, as well as Prego sauces.
Both
of these programs have websites that contain the qualifying products that each
program participates in. The addresses
are www.labelsforeducation.com and www.boxtops4education.com. There are even online shopping sites that
earn the school money just by using them – check out the websites for specifics
on those.
Also,
save your Morgan Junction Thriftway receipts because they will give us back 1%
of the total of the receipts if you pay cash or credit.
Please
put all of the labels and box tops you collect in the collection box on the PTA
table outside of the school office.
